Our prices are quoted as "Pet Only". Prices range from $800.00- $4000.00, depending on coat quality, color, size, and overall conformation. I refuse to sell "just any" pup with Breeding Rights. Honestly, sometimes you may only get one pup out of an entire litter that's worth breeding; other times you may be lucky enough that the entire litter displays above average qualities. I do not sell puppies to be bred that I would not breed myself. Price includes vet check and health guarantee; age appropriate shots administered by a licensed veterinarian; first grooming; food and kennel (if shipping). Microchipping is available for an additional fee. FINAL PAYMENT MUST BE SENT VIA PAYPAL OR IN CASH ONLY!!! Checks WILL NOT be accepted as final payment. A deposit of $200.00 will secure a pup of your choice. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, but may be paid with a check.
Nation wide shipping is available for an additional $350.00. We also offer hand delivery within a 150 mile radius. Please don't feel bad asking...we actually PREFER to hand deliver our puppies when possible; especially during summer months when we are out of school. Puppies will be sold as pets only. AKC registration papers will be made available to the buyer after proof of spay/neuter is received. Failure to honor the spay/neuter contract will void the 1 year health guarantee. HEALTH GUARANTEE
This puppy is guaranteed against infectious type disease for a period of (72) hours from the date of purchase. To the best of our knowledge, this puppy is in good health at the time of sale and has had temporary inoculations against Distemper, Hepatitis, Coronavirus, Parainfluenza, Adeno-virus type 2 and Parvo Virus.
Vaccination must be no less than two weeks apart and no more than four weeks apart for a series of three vaccinations. Rabies vaccines cannot be administered before 16 weeks of age. If you allow your veterinarian to administer any of these vaccinations too early or too late, your guarantee is void.
It is understood that there is no extended warranty beyond the 72 hour period, if the puppy is not checked by a licensed veterinarian within the given time. If he/she finds life-threatening genetic defects, the customer may exchange the puppy for one of equal value, providing a veterinary certificate is offered as evidence of the puppy’s condition. If, and ONLY IF, a puppy is not available at that time the buyer will receive a full refund of the purchase price, or will be given a puppy of equal value from the next available litter.
This health guarantee is void if the puppy is not checked by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of purchase. This health guarantee is also void if the puppy is bred before their first birthday (1 year old), or if the said puppy dies as a result of surgical complications or anestesia.
The extended guarantee is only against life-threatening genetic defects derived from disorders of the heart, liver or kidneys, and is valid for one (1) year from the puppy’s date of birth.
No guarantee is given for any kind of worm, coccidiosis, kennel cough or giardia. These parasites are all too common in puppies and can be contracted from your soil or boarding facilities. Retained testicles, hernias, and cosmetic defects such as bad bites are also excluded from this guarantee. No guarantee is given for hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) because it is not hereditary and is preventable. Also, no guarantee is given for show quality, disposition, size, color, or fertility. Size is "estimated" based on the parents heights and weights, and darker colors can sometimes lighten with age.
The seller will not be responsible for illness or loss due to the new owner(s) mis treatment or neglect, accidental poisoning from common household foods such as raisins, grapes, chocolate, etc. which often prove fatal to dogs, nor will the seller be held responsible for personal discrepancies such as problems with a land lord, failed relationships, etc. Purchasing a dog is a huge responsibility, not to be taken lightly. Please ensure that these things are discussed/resolved before sending a deposit! The seller assumes no responsibility of injury after the puppy leaves seller’s premises. PLEASE NOTE, Deep South Q.S. reserves the right to refuse to sell a puppies when they see fit. If such a decision is made, buyer will be refunded in full. We care deeply about our puppies and want only the best for them. Seller is NOT (under any circumstances) responsible for any veterinary expenses. Upon registering your puppy, you MUST INCLUDE THE PREFIX (KENNEL NAME) "DEEP SOUTH'S" IN THE NAME OF YOUR DOG OR THIS GUARANTEE IS VOID.
NO other guarantees are suggested or written.
